Sam Tolich is a Development & Construction Manager with more than 23 years of experience in the building industry — including 20 years leading teams on-site. A Licensed Building Practitioner since 2012, Sam brings a wealth of practical knowledge, leadership, and operational strength to every project he’s involved in.

He has delivered hundreds of residential homes and multi-dwelling developments, building a track record defined by quality, efficiency, and confident delivery. With a background that spans hands-on carpentry, site supervision, and senior leadership for volume builders and developers, Sam brings a full-spectrum understanding of what it takes to take a project from planning to completion.

Working closely with architectural and engineering teams, Sam plays a key role in guiding design outcomes, managing Multiproof and Building Consent applications, and ensuring compliance across all stages. His ability to keep projects running smoothly — on time and within scope — is underpinned by strong coordination, clear communication, and a deep understanding of on-site delivery.

Sam's driven the implementation of company-wide project management and budgeting systems, overseen teams across multiple sites, and collaborated with financial partners and consultants to support growth and delivery across all areas of the business.
